Everything from estimating and budgeting to engineering and field coordinating is addressed and carefully planned out during the project management review process and overseen by the CSN project manager throughout the project. This is standard procedure and all projects, small to large and simple to complex.

Once a plan is implemented and the project commences, CSN project managers monitor all facets of the job to assure goals are being met, budgets are not exceeded and milestones are hit within the established time-frames. Coordinating suppliers and technicians while being mindful of the environment the project is taking place in are all elements of the project that must be considered and are continually managed throughout the project.
